How much is a service call?
Our rate is billed at $70.00 per hour. There is a one hour minimum.

Do you charge for coming to my location?
This is what we call a trip charge. If you are in the city of Houston, or the immediate surrounding areas, the trip charge is free.

What are your hours?
Mobile service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Shop hours are M -F 10am -6pm Sat. 10am - 2pm.

Can I request the same technician for each visit?
Our technicians work on a first come first serve basis. Refer to your previous invoice for your technicians name, and if he/she is available we will do our best to oblige. We do assign the same technicians for corporate accounts.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Debit cards.

Do you sell Computers?
Yes, we can custom build a computer to your specifications. We also are a reseller of Dell® , Gateway ®, and HP® Computers
