Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Reboot Remedy takes great pride in our fast and speedy delivery. Our team will use excellent care in packaging and shipping your item the same day on in-stock orders placed by 2pm CST. We utilize UPS for delivery and tracking of your item. Product will only be shipped within the contiguous United States.

Returns

A RMA number must be sent with all returned merchandise for return, refund, or warranty work. To request an RMA, please send an e-mail to service@rebootremedy.com with your invoice number and reason for return in the body of the e-mail, along with RMA in Subject Line. Reboot Remedy will issue you an RMA if it is needed. Reboot Remedy accepts returned non-defective products within the first thirty days from date of purchase. The returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days upon receipt of product at Reboot Remedy.

Defective items, missing parts will be covered by applicable warranties and must be reported within 7 business days of receipt of product. A credit will be issued by Reboot Remedy if a suitable replacement is not available within 10 days from the receipt of your RMA. If purchased by credit card a credit will be posted to your credit card.

If you return a system back to Reboot Remedy please back up your data. Please remove any disks you may have in the system.

Any unauthorized return merchandise will be returned back to sender at their expense.

Shipping is non-refundable under any circumstances and is the sole responsibility of customer.

Any parts and components, batteries, power supplies, software added to system after it has been shipped is not covered under warranty.
