Warranty


The hardware products that are purchased by Reboot Remedy are used. The term of the warranty is 30 days from the date of receipt.

Damage due to causes through customers misuse, abuse, neglect, electrical power problems, problems with parts not supplied by Reboot Remedy, and services performed on product which is not authorized by Reboot Remedy is not covered under warranty. If user installs an operating system other than what was originally shipped the warranty is voided.

Any parts and components, batteries, power supplies, software added to system after it has been shipped is not covered under warranty.

At the Reboot Remedy facility repairs or replacements will be completed for returned systems. To request warranty service, please contact Reboot Remedy within the warranty period. Refer to the contact page for receiving assistance from Reboot Remedy. If warranty service is needed, Reboot Remedy will issue a Return Merchandise Number and we can arrange for the item to be shipped back to us for inspection and repairs/replacement. Any unauthorized return merchandise will be returned back to sender at their expense. All returned goods are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns and refunds will not be issued after the 30 day warranty. *** If you return a system back to Reboot Remedy please back up your data. Please remove any disks you may have in the system.
